Shipping Information

We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Cost: Free

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping (Priority Processing)

  • Cost: AUD 15

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.


International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Cost: AUD 20

  • Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Unavailable Shipping Destinations

While we strive to ship to as many destinations as possible, certain countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or logistical limitations.

If your delivery address is located in an unsupported area, we will contact you within 1–2 business days after your order is placed to discuss alternative solutions or arrange a full refund prior to shipment.

We recommend contacting us before placing an order if you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local courier first before reaching out to us.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails are considered personal care items. As such, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or worn products.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The item remains in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item is defective

  • An incorrect item was received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide clear photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or offer an appropriate alternative solution.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.
For exchanges not related to product defects, damage, or incorrect items, all return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn press-on nails

  • Items damaged due to improper application or removal

  • Sale or promotional items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
