Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails are considered personal care items. As such, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or worn products.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The item remains in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item is defective

  • An incorrect item was received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide clear photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or offer an appropriate alternative solution.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.
For exchanges not related to product defects, damage, or incorrect items, all return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn press-on nails

  • Items damaged due to improper application or removal

  • Sale or promotional items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
